OSK is committed to cause Rapid Heat Cycle Molding technology (RHCM), our patented invention in 199X, to be fully utilized by any molders and end users, in the world, who want their injection molded parts and products to contribute in their green business growth, to improve human welfare and to protect our planet, while OSK is also commited to fight against illegal use of our patents mislead by un-authorized manufacturers, of heating and cooling temperature controllers, who are not authorized to let our intelectual properties be used. As of 2009, OSK has legitimate patent rights of RHCM in fourteen countries around the world, including Japan, U.S.A., Europe, China and other Asian countries.


We are the enabler of RHCM licenses
Patents We will grant, for free of charge, the use of our Standard RHCM Patents and issue an official certificate of the patent lisense. (Use of OSK-made heating & cooling temperature controllers is necessary.)
Temperature controllers We will offer the exclusive heating & cooling temperature controller with superior quality continuously improved over 10 years of OSK's own RHCM experiences in electronics and automotive industries.
Mold design know how We will grant, as an optional license, the optimum design know how for RHCM molds, using conventional block design without having to go through strange dimentional designs. We will also make RHCM molds to your request.
Molding know how We will grant, as an optional license, the mass production know how of RHCM injection molding backed up by OSK's 10 years of experience as a custom injection molder of RHCM ourselves. OSK is the only true one-stop provider of RHCM licenses from the controller, molds and running know hows.

ALLIANCE

OSK, as the RHCM enabler, provides three ways for you to choose in order to have your own RHCM products.

  • Option-1: You can have OSK manufacture your RHCM parts and products.
  • Option-2: You can purchase OSK's heating & cooling temperature controller with RHCM patent license and run your RHCM parts and products by yourself.
  • Option-3: You can have one of OSK's licensees near you to manufacture your RHCM parts and products.
